About this exhibition

BIOFACH is the world's leading trade fair for organic food, held in Nuremberg since 1990. It brings together exhibitors and visitors from the whole organic value chain, with regional, national and international players. Alongside the product showcase it runs the BIOFACH Congress, a programme of talks and discussions on trends and knowledge exchange in the organic food sector.

Why exhibit

Secure unmatched international brand visibility. Over 86% of the 32,000+ attendees are primary decision-makers within the purchasing chain. It provides an unparalleled platform to test regional foods, network with international buyers, launch new certified innovations, and gauge next-gen packaging demand.

Why visit

Use all five senses to taste and evaluate upcoming market innovations first-hand. It is the ultimate ground to negotiate bulk trade contracts directly with global suppliers, track international organic regulations, and gain strategic insights from expert-curated panels at the Congress.
