Exhibitor profile
The 2026 exhibitor directory includes suppliers across the global meetings and events ecosystem: destinations and convention bureaus, hotels and resorts, convention centers and venues, destination-management companies, event-management specialists, transportation/travel providers, event technology, production and AV companies, business-event services and related suppliers. The official site says the current lineup represents 80+ countries.
Visitor profile
Registration categories officially include hosted buyers, buyer attendees, press, students and academic faculty, while exhibitors register separately. The show primarily serves meeting and event planners, corporate event teams, agency planners, association planners and other business-events professionals.
About the organiser
The legal terms state that IMEX America Limited owns and runs the IMEX America exhibition. IMEX America Limited and Regent Exhibitions Limited together form the IMEX Group for purposes described in IMEX's legal documentation. The registered office stated by IMEX is 113–118 Davigdor Road, Hove, England, BN3 1RE.
Speakers
The official IMEX America website has a live 2026 speaker directory. Speakers currently surfaced by the official site include Geneviève Leclerc, Anna Mader, Mark Maydon, Dr. Julie Robinson, Paula Rowntree, Robert Chapman, Damian Ferrar, Marc Koehler, Matt Kovatchis and Emma Larson, among others. Because the full schedule can continue changing before the show, your database should ideally link to the official speaker directory rather than treat a short subset as exhaustive.
Sessions
The 2026 professional education program is already live. IMEX promotes 300+ education sessions across four days, with 12 education tracks. Topics include AI and technology, accessibility, event design, event marketing, sustainability, advanced event logistics, health and wellbeing, impact, leadership and culture, trends and research. Many sessions can provide credit toward professional qualifications such as CMP, CSEP and ICCASkills.
