About this exhibition

opti is the international trade fair for optics and design, held at Messe München from 29 to 31 January 2027. It presents itself as the dynamic start of the year for the ophthalmic optics industry: an international platform for innovations, trends and technologies where decision-makers meet leading brands and creative newcomers. The offering covers lenses and frames as well as smart glasses, devices, IT and accessories, up to hearing acoustics and low vision. The 2027 edition includes two start-up areas (opti VISIONARY and opti NEW SELECTION), opti SPHEARE for hearing acoustics, and opti SMART TECH, a premiere area for smart eyewear, hearables and wearables.
