Salon Du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, India is the Indian edition of the Salon du Chocolat cocoa, chocolate and pastry festival. It gathers chocolatiers, patissiers and cocoa enthusiasts for a Choco-Couture fashion show, live chocolate demonstrations, chef masterclasses, a talk show with industry leaders and a global tasting experience. The 2026 edition was held on 16-17 January 2026 at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, and the 2027 edition is scheduled for 20-21 February 2027 at the same venue.
