About this exhibition
The Ministry of Tourism's official listing specifically says the festival is held between 12–15 February, features traditional Manau dances, ethnic cuisines and handlooms, and has exhibition stalls displaying community household items. The Changlang District Government also confirms that Shapawng Yawng Manau Poi is an annual February festival of the Singpho tribe and is generally celebrated between 12 and 15 February.
