About this exhibition

ISM is the world's leading trade fair for sweets and snacks, held at Koelnmesse from 31 January to 3 February 2027. It brings together manufacturers, retailers and suppliers from all key markets and spans the entire value chain. From 2027 it forms the ISM trade fair trio with ISM Ingredients and ISM Manufacturing. Product segments include chocolate and chocolate products, sugar confectionery, biscuits, snack foods, trend snacks and natural sweets, breakfast snacks, and ice cream and deep-frozen confectionery. Innovative formats such as Lab5 by ISM support trends and innovation.
