About this exhibition

ISM Manufacturing is the international supplier fair for the sweets and snacks industry. ProSweets Cologne, the existing supplier fair of the sweets industry, becomes ISM Manufacturing from 2027. It focuses on machines, plants, packaging solutions and production processes, with four theme sections: Packaging Materials, Packaging Technology, Production Technology, and Operating Equipment & Auxiliary Devices. It takes place from 31 January to 3 February 2027 in Halls 4.1 and 4.2, in parallel with ISM and ISM Ingredients.

Why exhibit
